Anaheim Ducks defenseman Sheldon Souray reportedly will have season-ending wrist surgery Friday.

ESPN's Pierre LeBrun reported Thursday night that the 37-year-old defenseman will undergo surgery on his right wrist. He tore ligaments in the wrist during the summer.

Souray has not played for the Ducks this season after he had seven goals and 10 assists in 44 with Anaheim in the lockout-shortened 2012-13 season.
