After being defeated by one run Tuesday night, manager Don Mattingly chalked up the Dodgers' recent struggles to losing the sorts of close games they were winning all season.

Well, with their ace Clayton Kershaw on the mound at home, the Dodgers delivered one of those kinds of victories with a 5-3 win in the 12th inning on a two-run, walk-off home run by Matt Kemp to avoid being swept by the Phillies.

Mark Ellis drew a one-out walk and Kemp drilled a fastball into the stands for his sixth career walk-off home run.
