Sixteen months after undergoing Tommy John elbow surgery Brian Wilson is back in the big leagues as Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that the Dodgers will activate the former Giants closer today.

Wilson signed a one-year $1 million deal with the Dodgers on July 30 and appeared in four minor-league games tossing 4.1 scoreless innings with a .071 opponents’ batting average and 3/0 K/BB ratio.
