The New Jersey Devils have acquired F Matt D'Agostini and a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2015 from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for a conditional fourth- or fifth-round draft pick in 2015.

The 26-year-old has 45 goals and 46 assists in 254 career NHL games across six seasons with the Blues and Montreal Canadiens.
