The Rockets’ 3-point shooting was one of the team’s strengths when the season started, but in the last two games, they have struggled to make those shots.

Despite the misses, the Rockets will keep taking those.

“Sometimes they go in and sometimes they don’t,” guard Pat Beverley said. “That’s the nature of the NBA 3.”

In the first three games of the season (wins over Charlotte, Dallas and Utah), the Rockets were averaging 10 3-pointers per game and were 39 percent on those shots.
