The Arizona Diamondbacks have signed recently acquired shortstop Cliff Pennington to a two-year deal worth $5 million according to ESPN's Buster Olney. The 28-year-old Pennington came to the Diamondbacks this off-season in the trade for center fielder Chris Young.
