The Dallas Cowboys added a coach and moved a coach, all in an effort to complete the 2013 staff. Wes Phillips, who was assisting with the offensive line last year has been named tight ends coach. In his place, the Cowboys hired Frank Pollack to assist Bill Callahan and the offensive line.
Wes Phillips has managed to make a name on his own with the Cowboys, staying with the team even after his father was fired. He spent four years as quality control coach before assisting the offensive line for the last two years. He's now responsible for finding Jason Witten some help at the position, the prime candidate being James Hanna.
