The Indianapolis Colts will be without their leading rusher for the second time in four games.

Ahmad Bradshaw is out for Sunday’s game at Jacksonville Colts coach Chuck Pagano said. He didn’t practice all week after suffering a neck injury in last Sunday’s win at San Francisco.

Bradshaw has a team-high 186 yards on 41 carries and led the Colts with 96 yards against the 49ers.

Vick Ballard had 63 yards on 13 carries in the season-opener against Oakland but lost him to a season-ending knee injury in practice the following week.

With Bradshaw out the NFL’s No. 4-ranked running game will revolve around Trent Richardson and Donald Brown.
