It’s not often that Clayton Kershaw gets upset, but something that the Colorado Rockies’ starter did on Wednesday night bugged the Dodgers ace.

The beginning of Wednesday’s Dodgers-Rockies game was delayed a few minutes as the sides waited for Rockies starter Tyler Anderson to make his way from the bullpen to the dugout. Kershaw found Anderson’s time management to be “disrespectful.”

“That was one of the more disrespectful things I’ve been a part of in a game,” Kershaw said after the game, via the OC Register’s Bill Plunkett. “I really didn’t appreciate that. The game starts at 7:10. It’s started at 7:10 for a long time. Just go around or finish earlier. That wasn’t appreciated, for sure.”

Anderson defended himself and said he merely went long on his pregame warmups and was surprised the game wasn’t able to begin while he was walking back to the dugout in foul territory.
