Tyrus Thomas isn't saying a lot, but he is doing a lot more of late than he had for the Charlotte Bobcats.

Thomas' struggles have paralleled his team's. He went 13 straight games without scoring in double figures, and though that's not an end-all/be-all, it reflected how little he contributed in a 7-36 season. Never in that span did he top seven points or seven rebounds.

That's way short of what the Bobcats thought they were getting when they signed power forward Thomas to a 5-year contract worth about $40 million in the summer of 2010. They still owe him about $25 million over the next three seasons.
