Jays starter Kyle Drabek allowed four runs on four straight hits in the second inning of Saturday's game against the Boston Red Sox, which proved to be the difference. Afterwards, third baseman Brett Lawrie was critical of Drabek's approach.

"I can't emphasize enough getting strike one over, being able to throw strikes early in counts and being able to be in control," Lawrie said, when asked about Drabek's outing. "Because when you get down in counts you have to serve stuff up and sure enough, they hit balls hard … you gotta make pitches in certain situations and I felt like he did a better job as the game went on, but early I think they got us."
