The Blue Jays roster continues to ebb and flow.

Flowing into Kansas City Friday to join the Jays will be outfielder Casper Wells, claimed off waivers from the Seattle Mariners Wednesday.

And ebbing out no doubt will be reliever Edgar Gonzalez, who showed little velocity Tuesday.

The move gives the Jays a four-man bench of outfielder Rajai Davis, infielder Mark DeRosa, catcher Henry Blanco and Wells, to go with a seven-man bullpen.

Wells, 28, has a career .264 average and an .838 OPS against lefties. The Jays will see lefty Jose Quintana and possibly lefty Chris Sale when the Chicago White Sox visit Rogers Centre next week.
