The Buffalo Bills signed the first of their eight picks in the 2013 draft, coming to terms with seventh-round selection Chris Gragg, a tight end out of Arkansas.

Gragg, the 222nd overall pick in the draft, played in 43 games for the Razorbacks, making 20 starts, with 72 career catches for 1,003 yards. Of his seven touchdowns at Arkansas, Gragg had three in the 2012 season.
