Carlos Beltran may be in a different New York uniform than the one he last wore in 2011, but he's just as mad about the source that ripped Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada this week.

"Anonymous? Come on. Anonymous? Come forward, brother. If you have something to say, come forward and say it," Beltran said, according to The Daily News' Andy Martino.

Beltran called Tejada "a great kid" and said he loved him. "Of course, it has to make you feel bad," the Yankees outfielder said. "Horrible. When you see all that coming out, you feel bad about yourself, and feel bad about the whole situation. The best way to solve that is by communicating. Not in the papers. You solve things by talking to the person. Person-to-person."
