The Chicago Bears have announced that Charles Tillman will not be reactivated this season after having initially been put on injured reserve with the designation to return early in November. The 32-year old corner was initially diagnosed with a triceps injury and the hope was he would be able to return for a potential playoff run. Unfortunately, he has not recovered enough to make that possible and has been shut down officially.

In 8 games in 2013, Tillman recorded 32 tackles, 3 forced fumbles, 7 pass deflections and 3 interceptions. Despite his age, Tillman just keeps producing and causing turnovers.
