Bayern Munich's Dante was an important figure in the club's immense success last season. After adding two more trophies to his collection this season, the 30-year-old says that he is ready to commit his future to the German club and is not interested in the talk of a move.

Manchester United have been linked with the Brazilian, as they attempt to rebuild the squad starting from the back. The defence, which was so crucial for United's success in the last five years, has started creaking due to age and lack of experience.

Ferdinand and Vidic contribute to the ageing defence, while Phil Jones and Chris Smalling are not experienced enough to take on the mantle. United are on the lookout for a new centre back to bridge this gap and they have been heavily linked with Dante. The Brazilian, though, has revealed that he is happy with the interest, but wants to stay at Bayern Munich. According to Sky Sports, he said:

"What I can say is that my agents are the ones who handle deals and talks.

"I am happy at Bayern and the most important is to keep working, I am happy with Manchester United's interest, let's see what happens in the future.

"I follow the Premier League and although Man Utd are in a bad moment, I appreciate the interest.
