Albert Pujols won't play until at least Tuesday, Angels Manager Mike Scioscia said after Pujols tested the stiffness in his right calf by running at Comerica Park on Saturday.

"It's not setting up well enough to play with a governor on, so we'll take advantage of these days and the off day," Monday, Scioscia said. "The risk is still there."

Pujols, who has 28 home runs and 86 runs batted in, injured his calf Wednesday in Boston running to third after a double. He said Friday he sought to return to play Saturday, but returned from his running session and put a light wrap on his calf.
