The Seattle Mariners have acquired righthander Aaron Harang from the Colorado Rockies in exchange for minor league righthander Steven Hensley, according to FoxSports.com.

Harang, 34, was just traded from the Los Angeles Dodgers to the Rockies this past weekend in exchange for catcher Ramon Hernandez. Colorado designated Harang for assignment almost immediately after that trade was official, giving it 10 days to trade, release or reassign Harang to the minors.

In 31 starts for the Dodgers in 2012, Harang was 10-10 with a 3.61 ERA.

To clear a spot for Harang on their 40-man roster, the Mariners designated reliever Kameron Loe for assignment.
