If things go well...

The Bobcats were much improved in 12/13 in comparison to their dismal 11/12 campaign. If things go well for them this season they will continue to improve and potentially fight for a playoff birth in the weak Eastern Conference. They will need Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Kemba Walker to takes steps forward and will also need Cody Zeller to perform above expectations.

If things go poorly...

This will be the last season for the Bobcats name (switching back to Hornets next season).  If thing go poorly it will be because none of their young players progressed and their "big three" of Jefferson, Sessions, and Henderson were not what the club expected. Maybe Micheal Jordan will shoe-up and take the floor to inspire the franchise, because he's done a poor job of inspiring them from the press box.
