Jarome Iginla's immigration issue, which focused on obtaining a work visa, has been resolved and he is on his way to Pittsburgh.

The Penguins announced this evening that Iginla "is traveling from Calgary and will be in Pittsburgh Saturday," but did not specify when he is expected to arrive.

Reports out of Calgary a few hours earlier suggested Iginla had experienced a problem with a connecting flight.

Coach Dan Bylsma noted after the Penguins' practice that "immigration issues are not an uncommon thing," when a player working for a team based in the United States or Canada is traded to a club located in the other.
